Property was lovely, a little bit tired but very clean and the gardens were really beautiful. The staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful. We were upgraded which felt like a real treat and then found a voucher for 50% off specific treatments in our room as we were the ‘lucky room’ which was a really lovely surprise to have! The grounds were great and it’s so close to the centre of bath. Google maps said 20 min walk but if you cut through the middle park opposite it is more 10/15 mins

Thank you for a lovely stay. Our room was spacious and very clean (I think we may have been given an accessible room, so it may not be the same for all guests), and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, the room and facilities were spotless and well maintained. The spa was amazing, with five different sauna rooms and a heated outdoor jacuzzi pool, which we really enjoyed. The indoor pool was also a nice touch for some light swimming. The hotel’s location was great too — just a 20-minute walk into the town with its bars, restaurants, high street shops, fast-food places, and of course the famous Roman Baths.

This is a beautiful hotel , cannot fault it terms of cleanliness, beautiful rooms , friendly staff & great spa facilities. However we stayed here a couple of years ago and i do feel it’s getting rather overpriced now . The breakfast is extortionate for what you get ! We didn’t include breakfast in our stay & paid at the hotel & it was £20pp for a basic continental breakfast. If you wanted a cooked breakfast it was £26pp. My mum & partner included the breakfast when they booked the room & it only cost them an extra £9 more than what we payed for our room. We also had 4 coffees there which came to £24 it was £5 per cup but they had put a service charge on each cup of a £1 each. So £6 per cup!!! When I’m paying good money to stay in a hotel I don’t expect to have to pay service charge on coffees I feel good service is included in the price of your stay! We wont be staying here again.

Hotel was stunning set in the beautiful grounds, and we was greeted by the loveliest lady on reception, all the staff are friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be able to use the spa facilities as well the heated out door pool was amazing. Our room in the Cedar Suite was amazing clean and spacious. Elemis products in the room gave a luxury feel. Location was superb just a short 10/15 minute walk down the hill into town.

Beautiful Hotel and grounds. Priya and her colleague on reception very obliging as we got there early but checked in at 1pm. Free parking which is a bonus in Bath! Close to town but a quiet location 15 minute walk from Pultney Bridge.. Staff were great from reception to wellness and hotel chambermaid. Bath is an amazing small city we had a great break.

The hotel is really pretty with a lovely garden and is only about a 20min walk into the centre of Bath. We had the twin room and both beds were very comfortable and very nice big bathroom. The facilities we used were the swimming pool and sauna/steam rooms which were also lovely. We also had a drink at the bar on one of the evenings.
